Practices
-
Our litigation attorneys routinely handle appeals to higher courts. Our attorneys represent appellants and respondents. Many of our attorneys are former law clerks who began their careers working for appellate judges and providing the research used by those judges to make appellate decisions. Our attorneys have handled numerous appeals before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court. Our attorneys have also handled appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, to name a few.
-
The litigation attorneys at DMSHB handle large and small disputes for individuals and for commercial clients of varying sizes. Our litigation attorneys have been successful in obtaining favorable results for clients at both the trial and appellate levels.
-
Commercial litigation is a broad term that generally encompasses all business conflicts. We routinely litigate commercial matters for our clients in state and federal courts.
